Return Policy
You are our priority, which is why we have simplified our return policy!
Quality: If a reasonable quality issue makes you dissatisfied with your order, we commit to rectify the situation. We will prioritize your replacement and resend it at no additional cost to you.
Returns: If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, please feel free to contact us. Send us an email at support@d1-chic.com or use our chat feature to inform us of your decision. However, please be aware that return costs will not be covered unless there is a valid reason for the return.
Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product at support@d1-chic.com with photos of the damaged items. We will ship a replacement if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full amount of your purchase.
Refund Exceptions: We cannot offer you a refund if:
- You provided an incorrect or insufficient address.
- You have an unclaimed package/mail because you did not pick up your package at your local post office/locker, etc.
- You did not receive your package when you hoped (e.g., for a gift) because we have no control over shipping times. Customs clearances and logistical delays play a major role in the overall shipping time.
- Discounted products are not eligible for return.
Proof of Quality: If the product is damaged or has quality issues, we require proof of the problem (Please send us an email with photos confirming poor performance, poor quality, or a damaged kit). Note that this photo proof is used for documentation and quality assurance purposes to continue improving our products.
Refund: In the case of a refund, please allow 3 to 5 days for the funds to be received in your bank account.
